Our gym has all the vital fitness equipment that you will need to run, row, cycle or pump your way to the perfect body, our professionals are close by to give you fitness tips so you can start off on your way to a brand new you.

Swimming at the Wessex Hotel
We have two swimming pools within the hotel; one heated out door pool, which we keep open for the Summer months and one heated indoor pool, which is open all year round.
You will also find a sauna and steam room within the leisure centre, so whatever the weather you can have a relaxing dip.
Just don't forget to pack your swimming costume!
