Reviewed 29 May 2012
'This year we chose the Norfolk Arms Hotel as the venue for our Long Service Award Lunch for 22 of our staff. The planning of the event went very smoothly, thanks to Nicky and the team from the Meetings and Events Office. The day itself was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming on our arrival, helped by good service at the bar including a couple of good bitters on draught. During lunch the waiting staff were never far away and ensured our food, which was excellent, arrived in a timely fashion and that our glasses were always full. After lunch, a very pleasant couple of hours were spent enjoying the sunshine outside in the courtyard. Staff at the Norfolk Arms Hotel are very professional, being particularly helpful in searching for some missing spectacles, and Alex in particular is an example of Customer Service at its best. Thank you all for a lovely afternoon!'
